To provide clarity for new subscribers, here’s how their orders will be processed based on the subscription date:

Scenario 1: Subscription Purchased on the 11th of the Month

  • Next Shipment: Their subscription will begin with the following month’s box.
  • Reasoning: The cutoff for the current month’s box is the last day of the previous month.
  • Example:
    • If a customer subscribes on November 11th, their first box will be shipped on December 7th and arrive by December 10th.

Scenario 2: Subscription Purchased on the 7th of the Month

  • Eligibility for the Current Month:
