Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Methods and Times

  • We offer standard and express shipping options for domestic and international orders.
  • Standard shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on location).
  • Express shipping: 2–5 business days (depending on location).
  • Orders are processed within 2–3 business days after confirmation.

2. Free Shipping Policy

  • Enjoy free shipping on orders over €100 for domestic orders.
  • Free shipping is not applicable to international orders.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, weight, and selected shipping method.

4. Tracking Information

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number to monitor your delivery.

Return Methods

1. Requesting a Return

  • To initiate a return, contact our customer service at Refund@timelessthrift.com with your order details and reason for return.
  • Once approved, you will receive a return label and instructions on how to ship the item(s) back to us.

2. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or an error was made in the order.

3. Condition for Returns

  • Items must be returned unused, in their original condition, and with all tags attached.
  • Mystery boxes and subscription boxes are not eligible for returns except under specific circumstances (see Refund Policy).

Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

  • The item is defective or damaged due to our fault.
  • You received an incorrect item that does not match your order.

2. Refund Process

  • Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
  • Refunds for shipping costs are not provided unless the return is due to our error.

Return Policy

1. Items Eligible for Return

  • Non-subscription and non-mystery box items are eligible for return within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Mystery boxes and subscription items are non-returnable.
  • Exceptions:
    • If the item in a subscription box or mystery box  has defects or damage.
    • If the size provided does not match your request.

3. Processing Returns

  • Approved returns will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the item.
  • You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
